I pulled out the old window from storage. Something simple to add a little make do fun. I used acrylic paints, with little detailing, just to give the feeling of harvest. I'll add a hay bale or two and pumpkins. So I'm off to the pumpkin patch for supplies. We are having a birthday party tomorrow and I want the front porch to be a harvest welcome.

That is adorable. Your creativity never ceases to amaze me.
Wow! You did a super job on that, Debbie!!!
Love that idea! By the time I finish my fall decorating we will be into Christmas. I am not wishing the fall away. Just a fact, I get distracted very easily!
Did you have to put a sealer on the glass or just be very careful with it?

I love my small quilted trick-or-treating pumpkin! And still think of it as "mine" even though all the girls in the family used it at one point or another. Maybe someday there will be another little girl who needs to borrow it :)
Mom! Your page looks amazing!!! I cant believe how great it looks!Looks like a professional did it! You have been busy! Looking at all the great pics in the living room and seeing all the fall decorations...the new and the old ones I've grown up with really make me miss home! Really makes me wanna bundle up in the kitchen with a cup of cocoa and have a little chat! I love the pumpkin pillow you made for the front porch! Its so cute!!! And you finished the rug....it looks great! I want one! I love you~ Katie
